Church School
The religious education of First Parish Church seeks to lead children on a learning adventure:
- To know the faith story of our Judeo-Christian heritage as rooted in the Bible
- To understand the beliefs, traditions, and practices of other world religions
- To nurture a sense of social conscience, reverence for life, and responsible stewardship of the earth
- Participation in Church School and other educational opportunities organized by the minister or members of the congregation can take place at any time throughout the year
Our Objectives
- Foster spiritual growth through exploration and celebration of our Judeo-Christian heritage,
world religions and social consciousness raising.
- Strengthen our church community through understanding, respect and caring for each other
and our diverse backgrounds.
- Support our world community through outreach, education and social action.
